Magic Cage Installation Instructions

 10’ or 12’ or 13'6" Round

With 6 - 1 piece foam and steel poles

READ THROUGH INSTRUCTION BEFORE ASSEMBLING YOUR MAGIC CAGE

 

 

Assemble the frame in accordance with step 1 of the “Trampoline Assemble Instructions”, with the sockets on the legs to the outside, ignore step 2 and continue with these instructions.

 

New Step 2 There are 6 cage uprights (which are packaged with the foam), with a notch at the top to attach a spring.  Hook a spring into the pipe notch, turn to lock with the hook pointing up and set the upright in the socket on the leg with the spring pointing towards the center.

 

Step 3 Unfold the trampoline mat/cage unit.  At the top are 6 v-ring attachments, which the cage unit will hang from.  Make sure that the bottom of the cage has the v-rings to the outside.

 

Step 4 Hang the cage from the 6 uprights one at a time (either remove upright from socket to reach springs or stand on ladder to reach.)

 

Step 5 Now all you have to do is attach the mat/cage to the frame.  Hook 1 spring to mat and connect to top rail - looking up to ensure the top springs are straight.

Step 6 From the 1st spring that is attached count 5 spring connections in the mat and the top rail then hook up the next spring.  Continue this all the way around the mat. MAKE SURE THE SPRINGS AT THE TOP ARE ALIGNED CORRECTLY AS YOU GO - double check before continuing! Then fill in the missing springs [every 5th one] until all springs are in place. 

Step 7 For the 12 round unit each safety pad covers 13 springs and for the 13’6” round unit, each safety pad covers 16 springs.  Safety pads are installed by disconnecting 2 springs, sliding the springs through the sleeves on the safety pads and hooking them up again.  On the 12' unit you would disconnect spring 1 and 13 and on the 13’6” unit it would be spring 1 and 16.  Center a safety pad in front of the door opening and undo the appropriate springs, slide them through the sleeves on the safety pad and reattach the springs.  From the positioning of this safety pad, continue the process until all 6-safety pads are in place.  Your assembly is now complete.
